Privacy

Between the Lines collects the name, email address, English level, booking details and recording consent you provide so Jack can run small English reading rooms.

Recordings and feedback

Room audio is recorded only when participants have consented. It is used to prepare private language feedback and is deleted as soon as practical after that feedback is produced. Feedback and its transcript are private to the member and host.

Service providers

We use Supabase for application data, Daily for calls and recordings, OpenAI for transcription and feedback assistance, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting.

Your choices

You may ask to access or delete your profile, bookings, transcript and feedback by replying to any club email.

Retention and security

We keep booking and feedback records only while useful for running the pilot. The lobby requires a member account and room entry is limited to members with confirmed reservations.
